| Had an issue with the seat motor in my KIA. My car dealer couldn't even look at it for a month. I called Michaels and they let me bring it in that day, they evaluated the issue, worked with the warranty company on replacement part and 5 days later the car was fixed. No mess, no fuss - just professionally and promptly took care of the issue. I highly recommend Michael's Auto Repair. |

| Fast and good work. Kerry was very nice and explained everything clearly. Even offered to give me a ride to pick up the car when I mentioned I wasn't sure how I'd get there. (The ride ended up not being needed but the offer was still appreciated.) A very nice old dog was roaming the office, which somehow told me these guys are decent people. Slightly more expensive than my regular mechanic but I was far away from home when the repair was needed and they came through with the solution. |
