| Great team, great owner. Got reference from my neighbor who is their client for 25 years, was little reluctant to go as never gone outside the company service stations but thought to tried with one car. All team members surprised me with the kind of attention they gave to car and took time to explain me the problem. I believe I have trusted partner now. |

| Michael's is fantastic. After breaking down far from home a few days before Thanksgiving, they allowed me to have my truck towed in to their shop, and got right onto fixing it. They were able to diagnose, source parts, and install the parts that day. Though it was a long day, I was able to get home that evening. Michael's was able to render aid when several other shops wouldn't. |

| I brought my car in for an oil change after reading good online reviews about Michael's Auto Repair. The customer service gentleman was very kind, efficient and professional. I have a 2011 RAV4 and unfortunately, the mechanic found that the radiator hose was leaking and the brakes were wearing down unevenly due to faulty calipers. Michael's fixed it all, but first gave me estimates of the parts and labor for each repair. I'm so glad I went to Michael's. My car is running smoothly again. Highly recommend. My only complaint is that I initially signed up online to bring my car in for the oil change and the customer service rep had no idea that I was coming. Apparently they are not using their online reservations. That should be fixed. |

| These guys are the best in the business! I recently had an emergency with a dead battery and they were able to fit me into their busy schedule and had a new battery installed in an hour. They are courteous, knowledgeable and they take stellar care of their clients. I recommend them to everyone I know! |

| Highly recommend this place! I am a female in my twenties and its hard knowing who to trust in the car business and I am always worried I am being taken advantage of. I never felt that way at Michaels. All the suggested repairs were explained thoroughly and with photos. I felt that I could trust them with the work they suggested and when I picked up my car I had a great conversation with the gentleman at the desk who made me feel even more like the work Michaels provides is truly the best. I will be back, hopefully not soon :), but once something does happen, I will. I am also recommending to all my friends and family as well. |
