| My wife and I have found the inteactions and personal attention to detils that Michael's has provied for over 3 years to be exceptional. compared to other auto Maint. shops it may be a bit higher in cost ,but truly I do not know. There are many ways to get cheaper repairs by for example using cheaper parts and generally inferior performance parts. Wee have used several other shops around the greater eastside area due to price, but Michael's is now our GOTO shop. Impecable service and care is assured at Michael's. |

| I was unhappy with my previous mechanic and went looking for someone new. Read some reviews of Michael's Auto and decided to give them a shot. My 16 yo Tacoma was bucking when accelerating an the brakes needed work. I thought about trading it in. Dropped it off at Michael's at 3pm, by 4pm I received a call with what they thought was wrong, an estimate to investigate further. I said Ok, and early the next day had a full estimate, basically it needed a thorough tune up and a brake job, and told them to go ahead with the work. A day later I picked it up and drive it home. Was very impressed, hasn't run this well in a long while. A few weeks later I took it back to have the timing belt replaced and got the same great service. I have a new mechanic and that feels good, and the truck runs great and that feels even better. Thanks Michael's Auto! |
