| I love this place, Michael's has excellent customer service. Tanya is an awesome representative of the company. I like that Tanya gives timely status updates/feedbacks whether it be on the phone or email. I like that the people at the service-center take the time to explain the pros & cons of what is needed or not needed, and they do it in layperson terms. Another treat is that at Michaels, they offer the customer beverages while they are waiting, and for those of us who need to work while waiting for their car, there is a conference room to use. Also, the customer service lounge there is very clean. Whenever I leave there, I am certain that my car is well cared. Thanks, |

| I brought my car in at 10am, it was diagnosed and ready for me to pick by 5PM. I wasn't expecting to see it until the next day. Everyone was fantastic to work with. |
