I am happy with the reception, communications, and assurance of quality work at Michael's. I do not feel pressured in any way. It's reassuring to know that Michael is overseeing the work and is available to discuss it. I think their prices are somewhat high, but I'll pay for confidence. |

Constant friendly status communications on progress, even a proactive apology when tech was out sick and wouldn't be in to work on car. Honest answers. Also friendly in person when went to pickup car. Bit pricey but knew work was done right. |

I drive at least 1 hr to Redmond just to get my car maintenance at Michael's Auto Repair because I trust them that they'll do a great job with their work. They have great management and staff. Pricing is also reasonable. |

Great place to take your car for smaller things or for older cars that are not worth taking to the dealership. I've taken a couple of my cars here near the end of their ownership, and Michael and co have been super friendly and helpful. Last time on the way out my coolant light came back on but they immediately checked it over, filled the coolant and made sure nothing else was wrong. I also like their communication, Michael lets you know what is definitely wrong, possibly could be an issue, and is very realistic about what you should fix and probably isn't needed. |

While it did run a little higher than expected the work was quality work and it was done on time. I drove around a bit before running my Suburban into the emissions test and it passed with flying colors which was exactly what I expected. Michael's does good quality work and has never been late on delivery! |

Michael's fixed my brakes good as new and the staff shared helpful information about what was causing the problem, as well as what services would be needed. No pressure, no guilt, no up-selling. The only thing they could have done better was to call me sooner with an estimate after I dropped off the car. |

Overall, it was a good experience. I came in with an oil leak, and although they did find where it was coming from. They mentioned they've only done this fix once before and have to do some research on the quote (which was suppose to be emailed to me). After a couple weeks, I decided to do the job myself. |

Pleasant experience...performed the work I asked them to, it was done on time and from all appearances, done correctly. I had similar work done on a different car at Honda of Kirkland a couple years ago and it was a disaster on several fronts, worst be quality of their work. Final bill was very close to the estimate. Never talked to anyone but the person that settled the bill. |

Tessa, front office, is such a breath of fresh air. Mike is very personable and professional. Their work has consistently been to notch. |
